1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing CallCatch, applying to activate our service, or using any feature of our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

CallCatch provides an automated missed-call recovery service that, when a call to your business line goes unanswered, sends an automated text message to the caller on your behalf. The service is intended for legitimate home service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door, and related trades.

• We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the phone line and account details you provide to us.
• The service relies on third-party telecommunications providers and may be subject to their availability and limits.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use & messaging compliance

You agree to use CallCatch only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and carrier and messaging regulations. You will not:

• Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages to recipients.
• Use the service for spam, harassment, or any prohibited content.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.

You are solely responsible for the content of automated messages sent through your account and for ensuring you have any consent required to message your callers.

5. Fees & billing

CallCatch is offered on a flat, month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract. Promotional offers, such as a waived setup fee, may be available to new partners at our discretion. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that period ends. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All software, branding, text, and other materials that make up CallCatch are owned by CallCatch and VeriEdit AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business while your subscription is active.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that every missed call will be recovered, that messages will always be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallCatch and VeriEdit AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
